What are your return terms?
We only return items in case of defects or damages with the product (Handmade errors are not counted. Damages/defects means any holes/cuts in the fabric that make it unusable. Printing errors which are not negligible will also be counted as defects). We do not accept returns in case of colour disparity as there can be a difference in digital and fabric colours, in different devices too. Custom stitched items are NOT eligible for return. Kindly note this when placing an order for any stitched item.
Cut fabrics are not eligible for return in any case. Kindly place orders for fabrics accordingly.
The item I received is defective. What can I do?

What is your refund policy on defective orders?
You can either select another item, or we can refund the amount to you in the same method of payment (debit/credit card) or bank account. Please send us your bank details and the refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.
