Measure once. Measure accurately.

Before you order

Important questions

Can you copy a reference design?

Often, yes. Send the image before ordering. We will confirm whether the cut, finish and fabric requirement are practical.

When do I submit measurements?

You can provide measurements or select a standard size after placing the order. Our team confirms the required details before cutting.

How long does stitching take?

Most custom stitching takes 7–10 working days before dispatch. Complex designs and high-volume periods can require longer.

Can customised garments be returned?

Customised products cannot be treated like standard ready stock. Review our refund policy and clarify fit or design questions before approving the order.

Is lining included?

Only when the selected service states that lining is included. The service title and price distinguish lined and unlined options.

Can I alter an existing garment?

Contact us with photos and the alteration required. Feasibility depends on the garment, seam allowance and construction.

Ready to begin?

Start with the textile—or ask us first.

We would rather answer one extra question before cutting than leave an important detail unclear.
