Oldwork or Vintage work patches are obtained from the cholis of the women in the Kutch region. Entire cholis take years to complete, and these patches are therefore more expensive than other types of embroideries. However, these are so strong that these patches can essentially be passed on from generations to generations, without any wear and tear.
