Dabu hand block print is a type of resist dyeing technique that uses mud as the resist when dyeing the fabrics. The mud gives a cracked appearance which can clearly be differentiated from a chemical counterpart known as discharge prints. While traditional dabu prints are in grey colours modern dabu prints are also found in Indigo, Pink, Red and Yellow. **Colours may vary slightly due to a difference in fabric and digital colours.
Wash instructions: Handloom fabrics tend to bleed in the initial washes due to the presence of natural dyes. Please do not soak them in water, as that can lead to the overlapping of colours. Wash and dry them in shade. First wash dry cleaning is recommended as that is known to strengthen the colours leading to less bleeding further on.
