Dabu is a mud-resist dye from Rajasthan. Here, mud is used as a resist before dying the fabrics in colours, leaving a grey-muddy look on the fabrics. The classic colours in dabu involve brownish-grey, but modern dabu uses brighter shades like pink, green, yellow etc.
Wash Instructions: Handloom fabrics tend to bleed during the initial washes. Please do not soak them in water or dry under direct sunlight for long lasting colours. First wash dry cleaning is recommended.
